Terms & Conditions

Three Little Birds Cleaning Service LLC

Effective Date: __1/1/2026__

By booking services with Three Little Birds Cleaning Service LLC, the client agrees to the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Services Provided

Three Little Birds Cleaning Service provides residential and/or commercial cleaning services as agreed upon at the time of booking. Services are limited to those selected in the service agreement or booking confirmation.

Any additional services requested at the time of the appointment may result in additional charges.

2. Booking & Deposit Policy

A 50% deposit is required to secure all appointments. Services are not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Bookings may be made via phone, text, email, or through our official website.

3. Payment Terms

Remaining balances are due on or right after the service is complete, the day of, unless otherwise agreed.
Clients with three (3) late payments may have recurring services canceled and may be required to prepay in full for future services.

Failure to pay for services rendered may result in collection efforts and/or legal action as permitted by law.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy

Clients may reschedule at no charge with at least 24 hours’ notice.
Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a $50 rescheduling fee.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in a $50 cancellation fee.
Repeated last-minute cancellations may require full prepayment for future services.

5. Access to Property

Clients must ensure access to the property at the scheduled service time.

If access is not provided and prior arrangements were not made, the appointment will be considered a no-show, and the deposit will be non-refundable.

6. Arrival Window

Our team strives to arrive on time. However, clients agree to allow a 30-minute arrival window to accommodate traffic, weather, or unexpected delays.

7. Satisfaction Guarantee

If the Client is not satisfied with the service provided, they must notify the Company within 24 hours of service completion. We will return to address the area of concern at no additional charge.

Refunds are not guaranteed and are issued at the Company’s discretion.

8. Client Responsibilities

The Client agrees to:

Provide safe working conditions.
Secure pets during the cleaning appointment.
Disclose any hazardous materials.
Inform the Company of fragile or delicate items.

The Company is not responsible for damage due to normal wear and tear, improperly secured items, or pre-existing conditions.

9. Damages & Liability

Three Little Birds Cleaning Service LLC is insured. Any claims for damage must be reported within 24 hours of service.

The Company’s liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.

10. Right to Refuse Service

The Company reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service for:

Unsafe or unsanitary conditions
Harassment or inappropriate behavior
Non-payment
Repeated policy violations

11. Changes to Terms

The Company reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance of any updates.

12. Theft of Service Clause (Alabama)

Failure to pay for services rendered constitutes theft of services under applicable Alabama law.

If payment is not received as agreed:

The Company reserves the right to pursue collection efforts.
The Client may be responsible for court costs, attorney fees, and collection fees.
The Company may report unpaid balances to collections or pursue legal action in small claims court.

Non-payment does not relieve the Client of financial responsibility for services completed.

13. Recurring Service Agreement

Clients enrolled in recurring services (weekly, biweekly, or monthly) agree to the following:

Services will automatically continue until canceled.
A minimum 7-day written notice is required to cancel recurring services.
Recurring appointments that are repeatedly rescheduled or canceled may be subject to removal from the recurring schedule.
Pricing may be adjusted with 30 days’ written notice due to changes in scope, condition of home, or market factors.

Recurring clients who violate payment or cancellation policies may lose priority scheduling.

14. Credit Card Authorization & Payment Processing

By providing payment information, the Client authorizes Three Little Birds Cleaning Service to:

Charge the card on file for deposits, remaining balances, rescheduling fees, cancellation fees, and unpaid invoices.
Store payment information securely through a third-party payment processor.

Declined payments must be resolved within 24 hours. Failure to resolve declined payments may result in service suspension.

15. Media Release & Marketing (Optional but Smart)

The Client grants permission for the Company to take before-and-after photos of cleaning work for documentation and marketing purposes.

Photos will not include personal identifying information.
Client privacy will always be respected.
If the Client does not consent, written notice must be provided prior to service.

16. Governing Law

About us
